IndieWave is a new web site created by music lovers to showcase all the cool music and bands that don’t get the exposure they deserve, and provide a place to discover them. You can search or browse for artists by name, genre, region, or your hometown.
Bands and musicians can get exposure for free by setting up an IndieWave account where they can list and play their songs, sell CDs or promotional items, and keep in touch with fans with their mailing lists. They state that record labels and night club owners, along with music fans, use IndieWave to find new talent.
FaiLYeRZ from Colorado Springs set up their account, and are now featured on the front page as the ” Hardcore Freakmetal from Colorado.”
IndieWave also highlights a Punk Polka band from New Jersey, Ambient Electronic Spacemusic, and a Jazz guitarist from Reno.

Etain Joins the Deep Resident Crew at the underground in colorado springs
Originally from South Africa, Etain transplanted to the Rocky Mountain region in the last 2 years and has taken the Colorado Rave and Club scene by storm. Her high energy mixes of Hard House and Tech Trance have had thousands losing their minds at nearly every rave or nightclub in the state, making her one of the hardest working (and most in demand) DJ’s around.
She starts her weekly Saturday night gigs on February 22.

Atomic out of Monument announced their new web site, www.atomictheband.com and the addition of their new singer/guitarist, David Frisbie. “Obviously, we are very stoked to have Dave join the fold”, said Jason. “He’s extremely talented and brings it all to the table.”
When asked about his new band, David said, “I’m excited and energized to gig and write with these guys…the music is edgy and groovy and we share many of the same influences.”
After getting some time in the practice studio, they plan to start touring again, so stay tuned.
