Kicked off with a track from Art Brut’s best of comp, ‘Top of the Pops’ with “Alcoholics Unanimous” in dedication to The Preshaah and Liam Young from Hoxton Radio, who the day earlier, did an impromptu post-pub show that was quite entertaining.
Duncan Wallis from Dutch Uncles spoke about the making of ‘Out Of Touch In The Wild,’ including the track “Bellio,” which began as a rather lengthy adventure, clocking in six minutes. After going through the DU editing process, emerged as a gorgeous and stand out track. The band has also released an exclusive track for this year’s Record Store Day, a cover of Grace Jones’ “Slave to the Atypical Rhythm.”
Played new tracks from The Boxer Rebellion, Wire, Neon Neon, Junip, a Soundcloud discover band Paris Pickpockets’ “Pre-Drinks,” and Art Brut’s “We Make Pop Music.”
