Has it really been almost 6 years since Bloc Party played in Denver? Thankfully the rumor a few years back about the band’s potential break up proved to be false, and the U.K. band returned with a new album Four in 2012.
Denver fans were also grateful that we were part of Bloc Party’s current tour, which brought along L.A.’s IO Echo along for the ride.
Bloc Party play one more date in Colorado at the Belly Up in Aspen January 23, before heading to a tour in Japan.
IO Echo play January 23 at Kirby Court, Salt Lake City; January 24 at The Alley, Reno; January 25 at Hotel Utah, San Francisco, and then at SXSW 2013 in Austin.
