Microsoft has collaborated with a number of artists via Music x Tech, including Neon Indian, Matthew Dear, and on the impressive Mew365 project, the OneNote platform was used by 1,000 fans to play a part on the “The Night Believer” music video. The “REALiti - Inside the Music of Grimes” installation at Moogfest will enable girls and boys, young and old, to dance and groove their way through the tent and nylon skin, as their bodies, arms and legs become the twisters of the knobs, changing the song’s original form.
The “Realiti - Inside the Music of Grimes” tent, equipped with 22 speakers and plenty of club-esque lighting, is free and open to the public. Located at DCC PLAZA 301 West Morgan St, it will be open May 19 through May 23 from 10am until 7pm.
Moogfest runs May 19 - 23 at various venues throughout Durham. Go to www.moogfest.com for more information, schedule, and tickets.
