The Kaffeine Buzz show has been on a bit of hiatus over the past year, and now we’re taking the timing of this podcast relaunch to align with SXSW 2016.

Our plans for The Kaffeine Buzz show will coincide with our other planned coverage, which beyond Music, will include Interactive, Film, SXstyle, SXsports, Comedy, the parties and the mayhem, along with interviews, on-the-ground stories, and photo essays of all the action.

In light of recent events, Dropkick Murphy's "Ship Me Up To Boston" started things off, as did "We All Share the Same Skies" by The Cribs.

Featured new music from Seatraffic, Rogue Wave, Crystal Fighters, and Is Tropical, along with a set of songs from Morrissey, Elvis Costello and The Beat that were influenced by Margaret Thatcher, who passed this week.

Kicked off with a track from Art Brut's best of comp, 'Top of the Pops' with "Alcoholics Unanimous" in dedication to The Preshaah and Liam Young from Hoxton Radio, who the day earlier, did an impromptu post-pub show that was quite entertaining.

Launched this week's show with a flash from the past to the present via a track from Karl Bartos of Kraftwerk's secret recordings, now released on 'Off The Record.' In the mix was Balthazar, who is one of many fantastic acts playing this year's Great Escape Festival, PAPA who is currently touring with Lord Huron (including a stop in Denver), Foals with a promo of their Royal Albert Hall gig, a track off the new Suuns album, and another dig into the archive with The Psychedelic Furs, Lush and Freestylers.

The Kaffeine Buzz show returns with a recap of SXSW 2013: Interactive events, including Hackney House hosting East London businesses, Digital Shoreditch in Austin, the many bands, parties, and other sorted details.

This week's episode featured more SXSW performing acts, along with details of all where they're playing and when, from official Sx showcases to VICELAND, Filter Magazine, Hype Hotel, and a number of other parties.

Now that SXSW 2013 is right around the corner, this week's episode expanded to feature Sx acts from beginning to end, along with updates on when and where these acts are actually performing.

2013 is getting off to a great start for new music releases! This week's episode featured some of those tantalizing tracks from Phoenix and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.

This week's episode that landed on Valentine's Day was dedicated to love: love of music, your friends, your pets, your family (if you happen to get along with them), whatever you love in life. Who better to start the show than Depeche Mode crooning their new tune, "Heaven," followed by house aficionado Ian Pooley and his new track "What U Love."
